How long does it take for AT&T to deliver Asurion? ›

Asurion is trusted by 300 million worldwide. 1 Claims fulfilled with a replacement device and approved by 6 p.m. ET will be shipped and, in most cases, delivered the next day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be shipped for next-day delivery.

At Asurion, we use high-quality refurbished phones in our mobile protection plans. These devices go through a multipoint refurbishment process that includes stringent quality standards.

You won't have to go a day without your phone. We offer same-day replacement with our AT&T Protect Advantage plan. Otherwise, in most cases, you'll get your replacement device in 1-2 business days.

There is no waiting period. A claim can be filed anytime after purchase if the failure is covered. What do I need to file a claim? Your order receipt for the plan as well as your product receipt will be needed.

Please allow 15 business days for claim processing after all relevant documentation and information is received. Please note that you are responsible for any charges incurred for the completion of all forms, and the provision of all supplemental documentation.

There are limits of up to $2,000 per approved claim and up to $5,000 every 12 months. A service fee of $0, $49, or $99 plus tax will be charged for each approved claim. We'll repair, replace, or reimburse you for your covered breakdowns.

Will Asurion refund me? ›

Thank you for your question. The Asurion protection plan is refundable in full if returned within 30 days of purchase.

You may cancel your plan anytime. If canceled within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. If canceled after 30 days, you will be refunded for the current month. Coverage ends on the date of cancellation–there is no time extension for claims filing after you cancel.

The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99.

Total shipping time from receipt of a Completed Order is 3 to 7 business days for shipment via standard and 1 to 3 business days for shipment via expedited shipping service.

Free shipping: Delivery generally takes two to three business days. It can sometimes take three to five business days.

Once a claim is approved, your replacement device will be shipped overnight, at no charge where available, for delivery within one to two business days. If you provided your email address when filing your claim, you'll get an email with tracking info alerting you that the device has been shipped.
