@bt_uk well what a complete pile of s**t you are come to fit full fibre on 1/11 engineer can’t get it to work Sara it’s the router orders new one comes still not working , rebook engineer for today , don’t turn up phone 150 they say it’s a system fault ! Rebook engineer for 15/11

@btbusinesscare 2/3. To add insult offered an EE dongle at an extra charge of £18.00 per month. Explained that EE signal is very weak and would not help as have to hang out of the window to receive a call on EE mobile. Told couldn’t help more as offered an alternative.

@bt_uk well this just shows how bad you service really what a pile of s**t. Full fibre installed 1/11 doesn’t work orders new router , comes still not working now have engineer booked for today, DOESNT TURN UP now booked for 15/11. Is this how you keep customers ?

@bt_uk Fibre has been down all day, I ring your customer service line to be chinned off with an automated text service, which charges me to text which I think takes the p#ss. Why haven't you given an update? Takes the Micheal seeing your advert on TV claiming backed up by EE...

@bt_uk my 84 year old mother has been without a landline since 5th Sept. After numerous complaints I am sending this tweet as a last resort. Please Please Please can someone help fix this problem. Phones are a life line for older people.

@btbusinesscare Not great. Small business with 0 output as broadband is not working and all our work is cloud based. Engineer booked to come out this morning. Not turned up, phoned over hour to get through and told to call back on Friday to book another appointment. 1/2

@EE well after 1 cube engineer and 2x @WeAreOpenreach im no closer to getting sorted wish i had never left @bt_uk at least there service was consistent im paying for 1gig full fibre and lucky to get 500mbps down and 50mbps thats half what i should be getting #ofcom

@bt_uk Hey BT, tried 3 numbers from the website to call and track an order but all of them say the number doesn’t exist. Is there a problem? I’m meant to be receiving a mini hub to use temporarily while I wait for my broadband, promised yesterday or today but nothing arrived.

@jamclarkey @btbusinesscare Thank you! We do have the box but it still doesn't work. The engineers that have come out twice now come out and just say they don't know why and just leave us again :( I will continue to try and seek help :(

@bt_uk we are an ongoing customer of BT & your engineer came to our business & disconnected our phone line with no warning when sorting our Internet! have been trying to get this resolved for over a week and our business phone lines have been down for over a week! DISGRACEFUL!
