Ahhhh switched to @metronetfiber because of the speeds and also because it wasn’t Comcast but they are just as bad with the “lost connection” BS story that @Comcast has

There's a company called @metronetfiber (we will NEVER get cable) & they offer more speed for less, & we never use our home phone anymore anyway. But the idea of switch to another email address after all these years is pretty daunting.

I have cancelled my @metronetfiber today after talking to one very rude Technical Support Representative. They didn't sound concerned about my problem and said it wasn't there issue. I will no longer will be recommending them anymore to anyone.

@metronetfiber It's 2021. Your customers shouldn't have to tell you guys about issues with your network. You should be telling them, proactively. "We noticed a problem, we're investigating, we'll let you know once we find a root cause & a fix."

Reliable service has never been so important when we are all at home. But for the 5th time, @metronetfiber continued to bury and re-bury wires in our backyard so shoddily they keep getting cut. Then we lose internet and have to wait a day or two for them to come out. Maddening.

My internet has been down for more than 24 hours. The tech on-site said the crew cut the wrong line. @metronetfiber blamed a tree trimming company and asked me to call them. No one can tell me the problem or when it will be fixed. @comcast what deals you got?

Two days with no internet in a world where everyone works from home. Even my neighbors have working MetroNet internet. What gives @metronetfiber ?!? All I get is “it’s part of the outage.” This is ridiculous.
